I was assisted by Pheliwe and she told me my claim was escalated to her Manager and the Manager will get back to me by Friday the 12 April 2024. I have not received any update, I'm frustrated. I'ts been 1 week without a phone.
I returned an inverter last month and I’m still waiting for my refund. I sent numerous emails and no response received. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!
I’m not happy with the service I received at 15 on orange hotel last night (25.03.2022) while i was having dinner. My waiter was really horrible, from getting me wrong drinks, delaying food and the worse part was when he took my food (i asked him to pack the food for takeaway) he never returned with the food and brought the bill.
I cancelled my membership in february after a bad service i received, they are still deducting money from my account even now! This is really frustrating !! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I sent my phone for screen repair and when it came back they actually ruined my camera where as it was working perfectly fine before the screen repair, now they are asking me to pay more money on top of the service fee I paid. Otherwise they will sell my phone :-( . This is a day light robbery and it is unfair for me. Why should I pay for mtn repair's mistake? <br> I'm paying monthly a fee for insurance and this is the treatment I get when I have to claim
