Don’t Purchase anything online from this establishment
Scam!!! I ordered something and to date it has not been delivered. No response to emails nothing. Don’t waste your time or money!! They’re complete fraudsters!!!

POOREST SERVICE EVER
We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service we have received from Telkom. We have an existing ADSL line and wifi with Telkom that we took last year (November 2017). We recently bought a property and requested for our line to be relocated. This was 2 months ago. We have been contacting Telkom now every week for the past 2 months and every single time we are told that we should wait for an sms or a reference number for a technician to be dispatched for installation at our new property. We haven't received any sms or any contact whatsoever from Telkom. Instead our account was debited but we haven't been assisted at all. Nobody has bothered to contact us and follow up or assure us in any way. We ended up visiting the Gateway branch and we were told that nothing can be done and we should just wait. This is the poorest service we have ever experienced. We are cancelling ALL our contracts with Telkom and we want nothing to do with this establishment ever again.

Disappointed and frustrated
<p>I sent them my details on the 24 April with my payment and a month later I haven't received or heard anything. They have terrible customer service, they don't respond to emails or phone calls. When they DO respond they're not apologetic or helpful. They're nonchalant and couldn't care less. I was corresponding with a lady named Ferny Oliphant who only sent me an email after receiving payment and hasn't bothered to contact me since. I regret using this company. I don't recommend them at all. Rather go directly through CIPC. </p>
