Id like to take this opportunity to apologies to JP from House of Ribs. I booked for an event and because of a the number of rsvp's I decided to call them on Wednesday 26 august 2015 to inform them that i was no longer hosting the event and would like to come and eat in to redeem the deposit. we went there on Saturday and redeemed the deposit without hassle. on Sunday i get a call from JP to say that i listed him on hello peter and it was not me. i phoned around to ask who would interfere in business that they dont belong to only to find out is a cousin. She is giving me a lame excuse that she had a bad experience when she called house of ribs of which i dont see it being any of my business. she logged an email with you guys on sunday 23 aug 2013 as per mail from JP. You are a good manager and dont let people take you otherwise. you were very helpful on the first day i come to you and even on saturday.
I bought a car with Ford Krugersdorp in Jan 2013 and upon signing documents, Veronicca the salesperson asked if i want a service and I said yes. Come 2014 i went to Bruma Ford to service I was told Ford Figo 1.4 dont come with service plan so I serviced my car from my own pocket. Come second service cause I didnt have money to service my car in Feb 2015 i waited till now. I decided to phone Wesbank to ask why am I paying so much money and they told me it was including service plan. I phoned the dealer on Fri last week that is when they send me the documents. I phone motor to ask for my car to be booked for service and to reimburse me the money i paid last year to have my car serviced. I send through all the relevant docs but they refused to pay me back. It is their first time they serviced my yesterday and told it was the loss cause I am already on 55000 km
