Its the clients fault the tracker doesn't work!
This morning, on my way to work around 6.45am, I received no response from my tracking unit when starting my car- it usually emits a beep. I contacted my husband who phoned Cartrack. Cartrack first said they were waiting for a response from the car because they can't see anything on the system, they would phone back shortly. My husband phoned them back again after 8.00am. Cartrack then stated that they have received no response from the tracking unit in my car since April this year - when my husband asked why we were not informed sooner, Cartrack had the audacity to say that its our fault because we're suppose to phone them every month to check that the tracker is working! On top of that, when we requested that a technician come out to check the unit, Cartrack said they are fully booked for the next 2 weeks and they can't accommodate us. When my husband stated that that's unacceptable, they relented and said they can send someone out today but it will cost us R800 for callout. This is really UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE! I'm completely unimpressed and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
