I have applied for Customer Credit Assist and was requested to send all settlement letters through for payment after my application was approved. All of my settlement letters has now expired and I already saw that one of my settlement letters the amount to pay is now more than it was when I sent them the letters. I have called and emailed and I am getting absolutely nowehere! This is truly been a long process. The guy who went through my application was super nice and I thought that everything was smooth sailing. Then I got a call a few days later and I was not very impressed with the customer service I got. I just really want the process to be over and done with! I would appreciate it if someone from this department could call me back as I tried calling today and I am having no luck.
I decided to host my almost 2 year old's birthday at Bugz this year. After requesting a quote online I requested 2 changes to be made and was then asked to pay the deposited (non refundable of course). A couple of months later I go to see them to discuss everything and noticed the one chage was still not made. I requested a Barney party but they selected Dora, why I would not know. I was only then told they don't have a Barney theme. I had to change the theme but was not happy. I then emailed for a week and a half without any response. Finally after receiving a response I asked if it is possible that I can bring all the decor to host the party my little girl would enjoy and was told sure, but you will pay ex amount for each cup, plate, etc that you bring in. REALLY??? I was not informed that they don't have a Barney theme up until I met with them. I cancelled the party, forfeiting my deposit. What upsets me is that I included the manager Yolanda in my email but do you think that I have heard anything back from them??? Not even a thank you for scoring R 1000??? Off course they will fill the spot as the party is only in 2 and a half months! Will never set foot there!
