Yesterday a.m. I tried to contact Telkom via its Call Centre (10210). After about 20 min of waiting for an operator, I was simply cut off. I persevered, re-dialed and after another 25 minutes waiting, an operator answered. She told me that she could not help me and that she would put me through to someone who could. I asked whether I would have to wait another 25 min and she assured me that I would not. She was wrong, 25 min later an operator answered and having heard my story, told me I was put through to the wrong department and once again with assurances that the transfer would not take long, I waited another 20 min and once again I was told that the operator could not help me and that he would put me through to someone who could. I waited another 10 minutes and then gave up. I then attempted contacting the Help Desk via the internet using their website [URL Removed] I provided all the information required, told my story and clicked on \Submit". Nothing happened. Thinking that perhaps the website is not supported in Firefox"
