Signed up April 2022 and was assured that everything was up to date. Made first payment and received assignment. Was never on a fixed contract with them. By September 2022 I was already being ignored and not helped with issues adderessed and brought forward. Requested the call records as I was told I'm on a fixes term contract and I don't get assignments monthly to which I replied lies because I able received mine after payment every month. My bail address was changes don't know by who or why just know that it's was corrected after I spoke to them again on what's app got proof. I was under the impression that my course is R5500 which was told to me and I didn't pay for November as I wasn't getting feedback or anything from them even though I requested and requested. Their excuse was always I did not answer went on to give them two alternative miners which they did not make use of. December 2022 7th my account was suspended and a team leader or manager I know her name and surname calls me late December 2022 to advise that she will deal with her team because they worked on my account. She advised in an email that November 2022 was free so to me i only owed them R1500 I already paid R3500 from April 2022 till October 2022 Accounts called me like team leader/manager advised but told me that I must pay R6000 as that is my course fee. On was upset and questioned the lady who called and she dropped the call never to hear from them again. Been trying since beginning January 2023 still being told a superior will call me. I have number a of after hours staff members not sure what their roles are as it it does not say. Today 19th January 2023 I receive a statement which shows my course is R5000 and I'm still owing R1500 to which I'm confused because of my course is R5000 and I've paid R3500 this far then minus November 2022 which was free I need to pay them R1000 up until today I wasn't asked about my last assignment I am sitting with and they asking for money bit my details have been changing one way with out my knowledge only when I lay a complain do I see what has been changed I ve got proof of all these emails and what's apps I am fed up I lost out on a good chance to to what I'm paying for but I can't get the job because of don't have a certificate
The 17/12/2015 my car broke down. The gearbox broke and the very next day 18/12/2015 we took it to the TATA Dealership in Princess Crossing.The woman that assisted me said that it should nit take very long and they will do the service as it was due for it.Two weeks went by with no feedback from TATA as to what is happening.We then called them to find out what id going on and was advised that they did not know what the problem was with the car and the woman that we spoke to was not in...my husband then told them and they said it will be done.Two days later we received a call saying that the service was done and they waiting for the gearbox to come from India.We tried calling from the 04/01/2016 to find out if they received the gearbox they said that it was not there yet.We called again the 11/01/2016 and we were advised that they need to order the gearbox and we asked how long will it take and no ETA was given at all...we have been phoning everyday since then but nobody answers the phone.Its been 5 weeks without my car and i need it back.If they have receptionists why are they not at their desks or even service agents where are they if they are not doing the job...I want my car back
On the 26/07/2015 we called a place for hiring the truck spoke to the owner named Ashraf or so he says.his guys he got to move our furniture broke half the things and laughed about it we took pictures and told him immediately about and he told us that he has insurance we should forward him the pictures,we did that and he said he would get back to us the following day.<br> till now he has not called us. we keep phoning ,even told him that we going to make a case he said we should go but still not taking our calls.<br> His drivers said he lives in Florida JHB but he gave us another address but when we looked it up it was shops...i am really irritated as we work hard for our furniture and our house we bought was newly renovated...<br> His business is situated at 36 Church street Crown Mines...His name is Ashraf as he responds to that name and his number is 0734730389.<br> They damaged a playstation 3 which is my sons, 3 fish tanks which belonged to my husband and scratched the door frame of the new house aswell as damaged my stove which is still being paid for.
