I have since posted my complaints on HELLO.PETER about the TNT Express and they have responded the following day (14/12/2015 by saying my complaint has been refered to the RELEVANT MANAGEMENT and still today on the 24/12/2015 i havent heard anything from them regarding a refund for a service that was never been rendered.<br> I think they just expect these problem to disappear by itself without them attending to it.
I have since ordered some items from [URL Removed] but they keep on delivering my ordered items separately, and now I have since waited for my last items for more than 7 months and I don't think they will ever arrive. <br> <br> Furthermore, they are not responding to my countless e-mails
I have since deposited an amount of R3000 into TNT Express for couriers services for goods that have since been cancelled by the supplier and I also got my refund from the supplier, but I cannot be refunded by these TNT Express. They are also not responding to my mails and it is too costly to call their landline as you can wait for about 15 long minutes on the line and eventually your call getting hung-up.<br> <br> Furthermore, my case is always getting transferred or passed to another employee who eventually happens to go on a vacation leave or something. They seem not to be able to find the final solution to this.
I'm comlaining for the 2nd time on the same issue that is still existing. I have a consigment still detained by CUSTOMS, not so very sure as i cannot communicate with SARS, but TNT express couriers can. I think they (TNT) do understand why my goods have been detained by Customs, but they seem not to bother to explain to CUSTOMS so as we can reach a resolve.<br> I have been e-mailing them on countless occasion but not getting any feedback. Their landline 0860 122 441 Option 2 is virtually unresponsive. You try calling that number it is going to cost you R40 airtime until you hang-up. I do not want to call them anymore, it is costly or a wasteful expenditure.<br> I have goods that have been detained for more than six months at SARS, but TNT does not bother to engage with SARS or the Supplier or even myself. Mind you, i have debited almost R3 000.00 to get them to courier my goods, it seems they dont care about me. For them it is business as usual while i sit here bleeding from the inside. I am even contemplating of taking the legal route as there is no other options left for me or my goods are going to be kept at CUSTOMS until we all die.
I have ordered a few items and received only one item, the rest are classified as \ON HOLD". I do not know what is holding them and forwarded several mails to FASHIONISIMO to enquire but they are not responding to my mails.<br> Kind regards"""
I have items/consignmet that has been detained by our South African Border Control and neighter the courier or CricketDirect is willing to pay the penalty. I have since forwarded a few e-mails for a way forward but i'm not getting any response any more.<br> The courier services namely: TNT Express is also not responding to my mails to inform me about the latest developments about my goods.<br> <br> My kindest regards
I have deposited money into their accounts for goods i did not received and i now need my refund. I have forwarded them e-mails on several occassions and no one is responding.<br> The only response I get is an automated response stating that they are OUT OF OFFICE, ON A VACATION LEAVE and/or ON TRAINING.
