I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Eastvaal Köhler Auto - Witbank Isuzu. I purchased a car on September 15, and was promised delivery of my disc and number plate within a month. It's now January, and I'm still waiting. Despite multiple follow-ups, I've received no updates or resolution. The number plate was ready in December, but I'm still driving without proper documentation. I was even stopped by police, who informed me the number plate doesn't exist. I request Eastvaal Köhler Auto - Witbank Isuzu to: - Deliver my disc and number plate - Confirm roadworthy testing - Take action against the responsible person for poor service
I am very unhappy with the people who assisted us from MFC-Rivonia (Mpho) and Top gear-Bryanston (Bruno). Firstly we agreed to work with Mpho because he said he could help us register with Uber, of which he never did and never communicated this with us. When we went there to collect the car we were told everything is ready for us, we were then taken to Top gear auto, only to get there and be given a silver car instead of the white we requested and nothing was ready for us, none of this was communicated with us. We were told that everything will be ready in 2 days. From then Mpho and Bruno kept us in the dark, no communication, we were the ones who ended up pushing them to update us. Two weeks after we got the car we hadn't received the double disc for the car or roadworthy certificate, and since we were first time buyers we thought we would get the ownership registration certificate as well, so when we asked Bruno about when we eventually got the double disc, he told us that his job is done, instead of explaining to us that we will not get that certificate and why. The service between Mpho, Bruno and us was really terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them. This whole thing prolonged the period in which we had to start with Uber, we got the 1st February and can only start operating 18th February.

I since joined umvuzo health medical aid scheme in March 2021 and to this day I haven't received my medical aid card and I don't even know which network doctors they use because I haven't received a response when I request the list. I tried emailing and whatsapping and calling but I am yet to receive any kind of assistance.
I got a FICA error when trying to make a withdrawal from my trusave account and the problem is now I have to get to the bank to fix the problem of which I am unable to do because of where I work and stay. So now I'm stuck in the Bundu's without money, what should I do?
