Cancellation of policy
Hi I’ve been trying to cancel a policy that I didn’t even authorize from the beginning,since 2024 trying to cancel they refuse to cancel and it’s more than 1 policy being deducted! Direct from my my persal. Thanks in advance

empty promises
I joined. Getsavvi health. 3months ago and I was told that, I am covered imidiatly after my first. Payment and I started paying from May,till this time I haven't received my membership card, I tried calling and sending emails but all I got was empty promises as always, now I've had enough of getsavvi and it's lies I've already paid 3 times, and the last time I called again. I was not well I called and asked if I can go to the doctor without the card, they told me that I have a period of 3 months. Waiting period before I. Can go to the doctor., which something that was never mentioned when I took the cover, I'm sick and tired of all the empty promises from getsavvi,it has to end!
