<p>They do not give promised refunds!!! Overdew delivery, so they offered a cancellation and full refund. I had to cancel as the new delivery date would have been to late and needed for a gig. I accepted and since then they refuse to answer emails as to how the are going to refund me! </p>
Made an offer to purchase car on Saturday. Salesman (Innocent), stated deal could not go through until Manager (Marius) had contacted me. It took me two days to finally get hold of Marius, as he never bothered to phone. After conversation (to sell me addition warranties) I was sent OTP from innocent, which I duly signed, transferred R174,000, mailed docs to Innocent and requested confirmation of when I could collect car (Wednesday). No one contacted me on Thursday morning, so around midday I contacted Innocent, who then told me because he was not going to be there Saturday (day preffered for collection), I would have to deal with Marius and he could not confirm when I could collect. I expressed my displeasure at the poor service and non communication and he said he would send me a mail to confirm everything. Only mail I received after this stated \thanks for payment". Since then no one is talking to me and Marius and Innocent are not now returning my phone calls. I am now stressing because I think something improper is going on and I have lost R174"
