Worst company ever. Nearly a year since I bought a charger for my watch. Tried to contact them via Bidorbuy, with no success. Whish I read the reviews before I placed m y order. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't expect ANY communication regarding the status of your order. I've been waiting for my order since May 2020! No emails get answered. Telephone conversations are just empty promises. I've requested a refund through Bidorbuy a week ago and have had no response from the seller about this. Bidorbuy is being helpful (I'm looped into their comms with Lotsmore) but they are also receiving no responses from this seller. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Scamers. bought products from them then they twll you it will take 14-16 working days after that you cannot get a hold of them.

Ive been in contact with John several times for a refund on my order, with no success, worst company to do business with, don't even reply to emails, I'm lucky if my call gets answered, phoned again today with more empty promises

If I could give a Zero star rating ... that is actually what they deserve. I was so stupid not to read all the reviews here before I tried to purchase something from that company. I ordered a watch strap in November 2019. Never received it. When I contacted them a few times I got the one excuse after the other. Then I got really frustrated and asked for a full refund. I was no longer interested in the owner's excuses. He is a compulsive liar. He promised a refund. I never received it too. So I handed the company and the matter over to Bidorbuy. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LOTSMORE AND SAVE YOURSELF LOTS OF PROBLEMS.

<p>They do not give promised refunds!!! Overdew delivery, so they offered a cancellation and full refund. I had to cancel as the new delivery date would have been to late and needed for a gig. I accepted and since then they refuse to answer emails as to how the are going to refund me! </p>

<p>DISGUSTING... nothing more to say about Lotsmore .</p> <p> </p> <p>i purchased a Phone cover for a samsung Galaxy S7 Edge for my sisters birthday, upon my numerious emails to Lotsmore i was informed that the Adverstisment they placed on Bidorbuy was for a samsung Galaxy S6 .<br />during the time of the confusing i sent a number of screen shots showing that the product was indeed for a S7 edge phone they still deny their own PRODUCT.</p> <p> </p> <p>emails go back and forth and eventully Lotsmore owns up stating that they made a mistake.</p> <p>i emailed Lotsmore confirming if i will be receiving an S7 edge cover other wise i will need a refund as my sister only owns an S7 edge and also i would not have purchase he product if it was for any other phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>they informed me that all is in order and i will be receiving my order "THE CORRECT ORDER"</p> <p> </p> <p>my sister receives the package with absolute dissapointment .</p> <p>i look at the phone cover only to see that once again Lotsmore have delivered the wrong phone cover.</p> <p> </p> <p>i emailed them that very second and i have had no reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>i highly reommend that for your sakes you do not purchase from Lotsmore Team as they are not about keeping the customer happy .</p> <p> </p> <p>DISGUSTING SERVICE</p>

<p>Placed an order on Bid or Buy and paid for 1-2 days delivery. 5 days after "dispatch" still no delivery! Unlike Takealot or Loot where delivery is free for this order value. Last order from Takealot was FREE delivery on a Sunday, less than 24hrs after order.</p> <p>Very dissappointed in this experience, I'm unlikely to use Bid or Buy again, certainly not Lotsmore.</p> <p> </p>
