needed to get my smart ID went on the app to look for a branch that i didn't need to go to the useless home affairs. made my booking via the app and saw that there was a option to go to the branch in germiston lambton got the notification to sy it has been booked got there and was informed that thy dont do smart ID's WHY IS IT AN OPTION THEN PUT IN A DAYS LEAVE FOR NOTHING! Problems, nothing but problems Been having problems with this company/product since the first week i had it. 1st Problem i had when taking the bakkie to fit the device/devices got the bakkie bake with multiple broken clips that hold the panels on. 2nd Problem iv been having that the device/devices keeps draining my battery on the vehicle 3-4 days then the bakkie doesn't start (im on my 2nd battery) when complaining to your customer service all that you get is "im sorry to hear that" i had to start disconnecting the battery to save it from being damaged sometimes i get a notification sometimes not. in 2024 i disconnected my car battery to do some work took you more that 2weeks to notify me that there is a problem when trying to cancel you want R1500 to cancel because i have to pay you for 3 years now that im trying to cancel because my 3 years of being ****med is over when sending a cancel request on your website your cancel request service just keeps giving me silent calls. just wants to **** you for as long as possible.
First of all when I had this tracker installed I had to take it to "a professional technician" aka Y2K thy just spliced into my wiring harness and taped it up and shoved the tracker into my fuse box could not even fully close the fuse box anymore (got covered in mud when offloading) 2nd) this device has a parasitic draw on it so if the vehicle is parked for 5 days the battery is drained. damaged my battery R1400 to replace 3rd)only sometimes get a notification when battery is disconnected 4th)disconnected the battery in January when I was out of the country almost 3 weeks later I get a notification that there is a problem with the battery 5th)you send a cancelation request thy phone you when you answer the line is silent then they send you a sms that you should contact them. 6th)they don't care when you try and sort out the problems with payment or the tracker 7th)when you eventually get a hold of someone from this company thy want thousands of rands to cancel your device. THE ONLY WAY THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUISNES IS THE UNFORTUNATE PEOPLE THEY **** INTO CONTRACTS
