USELESS BANK. USELESS FRAUD DEPT. USELESS CLIENT SERVICE.
TymeBank helps scammers to open and close accounts just as they like. It is a pitty that one of SA's fastest growing banks are dealing with fraud companies and scams. I had to open a case at the SAPS, as well as Capitec Bank regarding a company called ARAF GEN DISTRIBUTORS who I ordered a generator from but never received it. After they got my money the scammers opened a new TymeBank account. TymeBank's fraud department is absolutely useless. I don't even want to give 1 star. Stay away from TymeBank or any company who provide TymeBank as their banking details - it has the words SCAMMERS and FRAUD written all over them! TYMEBANK SUCK!!!

Worst ISP in the country and NO customer service at all
I was very impressed with RAIN in the beginning. But now since lockdown my speed is terrible. It dropped to less than 2Mbps. There is also very limited coverage. I found that in any mall or Airport there is absolutely NO service. And what is even worse, is their Customer Service. Non existant. Zero. Nothing. I dont even want to give 1 star. Yesterday my account was suspended - because normally RAIN debits my bank account on the 1st of every month. They failed to do so on 1 June 2020. Now my account is suspended and I cant call or email RAIN because they do not operate now - and because they are a disfunctional company! I just got a snotty email that implied I missed a payment! Heloooooo - RAIN debits it every month from their side! I dont even have their banking details! I dont know if the situation will improve later - but currently RAIN is a very very bad internet service provider. Stay AWAY! The only person who I found was willing to help me was FAIEZA - and I was lucky enough to get a cellphone number when I signed up a year ago.

LOTSMORE = LOTSOFPROBLEMS = LOTSOFLIES! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
If I could give a Zero star rating ... that is actually what they deserve. I was so stupid not to read all the reviews here before I tried to purchase something from that company. I ordered a watch strap in November 2019. Never received it. When I contacted them a few times I got the one excuse after the other. Then I got really frustrated and asked for a full refund. I was no longer interested in the owner's excuses. He is a compulsive liar. He promised a refund. I never received it too. So I handed the company and the matter over to Bidorbuy. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LOTSMORE AND SAVE YOURSELF LOTS OF PROBLEMS.
