Been waiting for days now for a response on items not received as reported on the 27 - 11-2025, The matter was supposedly being investigated with the 3rd party whilst I'm left in the cold for no goods to show for, all follow ups are being ignored, takealot.com Request Received: [Delivery] Item Missing or Incorrect in Order Received (195149529) - Ticket Ref #68060913
This is the 2nd time that I order online and my order is mot fulfilled as expected, the latest order (OD434304392501523100) wherein I ordered toilet paper as part of the order has still not been fulfilled. I was rather called last week Thursday 8May by someone telling me the price I saw & paid for 2 packets x 48 rolls is not the correct price as the R499 I paid is in fact for one x 48 packet even though the original price stipulated is R999, please tell me who will paid R999 for one pack of 48 toilet rolls(is it made from gold or what or will one use it indefinitely 🤔) I told the lady I'm not willing to pay R499 for one pack of 48 where I can purchase it cheaper than that, someone was supposed to call me and to date no call and no delivery, worst customer service from such a big retail store, I'll continue doing business with other retail stores but insofar as Makro is concerned, you've lost a online and a walk in client. Trust that someone will call me ASAP before this matter is reported to the consumer ombudse
Great service received from Sabelo Xaba who handled my insurance claim for power surge experienced on the 16th and reported on the 17th', claim was approved and indeed I'm a happy customer with FNB Insure. Keep up the excellent service delivery

Been attempting to register a claim from last week Friday and even after numerous phone calls that are misdirected or not answered at all,I submitted the claim via email and to date no communication has been received that my claim has been registered, service totally unacceptable 😡 Can someone please call me back Thank you
Reported my TV as damaged, technician came out last week Friday to assess and after phoning today to find out when TV will be collected for repairs I was informed that part was ordered (TV wasn't even opened up to see what was damaged) and I'll be called back and I'm still waiting for this supposed call Job# 4261784437

Submitted a cancellation a month before my 12 month period and decided to withdraw the cancellation but was still charged clawback fees after it was confirmed that my cancellation was withdrawn, I'm being informed that a note was made for cancellation to take effect end of August upon which I won't be charged another claw back fee but I will be charged the normal monthly fee of R845 even though the contract will come to an end on the 31/08, debit order normally runs on the 25th monthly,please explain why must a pay the full subs if I'll only have connectivity for 6 days thereafter,Case ref no was given, Can a manager/supervisor please contact me in this regard😡
