I placed an order for Lavazza machine on 30 June and then notified Ciro the next day that I have changed my mind. They said that the delivery has already been placed and I must return the machine to them. Firstly, they took weeks to take the machine back. Secondly, weeks went by and I did not hear back on my refund. Their phone lines do not work and I emailed so many times on the status of my refund with no response. Some then emailed and apologised a few weeks ago and said they will get back to me and still I have heard nothing with no replies at all. This is definetly, the worst customer experience that I ever experienced. All I would like to know is what is going on and to process my refund for a product bought 2 months ago
On 31 July (last week Friday), I made a request to Port to Vodacom from Cell C and by Tuesday, I did not hear anything from Vodacom. I then went back to the store and my port was approved on Thursday. I now tried to activate the network on Friday (7 August) and I was unable to activate the network because the option was not available when I dialed 100. Vodacom logged a service request and a week later, I still am not able to use the Vodacom network.<br> <br> The process to port has been exhausting and I am not sure how much longer it would take so I can start using the Vodacom network<br> <br>
