My husband and I rented a car with them we brought the car back on Monday the 21st of December. We were told that it takes up to seven days for deposit refund. We understand that public holidays and weekends don't count but today is the 7th and still they did not refund the money I phoned this morning they said money will be in today I must go check I went to check again still no money. When I called them I was told to wait another 4days but why would they do that to us. I will never rent a car from them again and none the people I know will rent from them in other renting companies within 3days u get your deposit back. This is very wrong

Todsy is thursday the 7th day when i phoned this morning they said my money will be in today. I went to check still no money when i called again i was told that i have to wait another 4 days. I need my money and why did they say you wait up to 7 days when they know that is not true this is not fair as R3000 is a lot of money. If i would have kept their car they wouldhv sent police and everyone to look for me now what am i suppouse to do when they dont want to pay back my deposit. I dont ever want to rent from them again and no one that i know will ever rent from them.
I borrowed money from KND finance and one month I missed an installment he came to my work place to collect so I made an arrangement for month end with him. He came to my work place before month end as he came i was leaving to go to the shop he asked if i was running away from him. I told him i have no reason to. He went to my colleagues to say I owe him money I borrowed money from him now I'm running away. What happened to confidentiality? To top it all I did not borrow money from him. That is very unprofessional
I went to spur Baywest mall to buy a meal with card voucher, I was served by a coloured lady I wrote her name on the complaint book theRe at their shop. I didn't know that I can't buy less than the amount I had on the card so I told her to cancel the oder I will come back later when I have time to choose something else. When I came back lunch time she had an attitude and asked Luyanda the guy who was serving me what I was buying and mumbled a lot of things I couldn't hear and when I asked her what she was saying she gave me a very bad attitude and told me that she was not speaking to me. That is very rude she can't be speeking about me and asking about my order and when I'm asking her what is the problem she gives me bad attitude and a very rude and scary look.
