I made online order on the 26 of August for the hair piece that cost R599 deposited the money, the following day the consultant phoned me state that my order is out of stock but will refund me back, till today I'm still waiting for the refund and I do follow up but I'm now winning as the refund can't take a month to be done and now I need to but other products but I can not as I'm not sure sure if I will ever get my money back
hi my name is Amelia mills,i have claimed maternity benefits in may and submitted all documents needed on june then i received sms saying ma claim its rejected when i ask the reason they say they will fix it i must ignore the sms,now when i do follow ups they say they will fix it,i call laetitia everyday sometimes she answers sometimes not,i went to the office and she said she doesn't know what to say to me but will check,ever since i haven't been contacted or hear anything and im using money to go to their office and to phone then this is bad service because they are there to help us please help me so i can get paid, worse they don't give me reason why its delaying but someone failed to do her job right
