I just had the worst agent from billing assisting me, she could not help with any of my billing questions that i had, when i asked her for someone to call me back, she straight up told me that she cannot assist me and gave me the number to phone, i have phone them and was on the line for almost 2 hours before ending the call. the lack of services now from mweb is worse, since they went over to chats, they dont have agent to take the calls anymore, in the begining they were a great company, when you phoned you did not stay on hold for long, at this stage im thinking of taking all my business else where. POOR LACK OF SERVICES
On the 15/05/2025, the client brought the vehicle in for repairs, as they pulleys on the vehicle is damage. i mailed the company with regards to the motor warranty and they said that we must sent them everything payment take 4-5days once invoice is received. we sent them the invoice on the 16/052/2025 for payment, on friday 23/05/2025 i send a mail to the department that is handing the claim no reponse from admin@mototech.biz, so i forwarded the mail to info@mototech.biz, where i received a reply from, to say that the details are with Auto and General and that they would sent me the proof of payment once they have received the documentation back, but on friday 23/05/2025 it has been already five days. i sent them again a mail this morning 26/05/2025 regarding the payment as the client wants their vehicle, and we cannot release the vehicle without payment.
In the begining of the month on the 07/05/2025, i sent a email to the collections department stating that the payroll have made a mistake with my salary and i asked them if they could double debit my account at the end of the month, i received a call today 26/05/2025 from the colletions department to say that because my account was not debited last month they have cancelled my debit order and that i now have to pay manual. this not acceptable as i have made the necessary arrangements to inform them of what is going on. from the 07/05/2025 till 26/05/2025 they have not once phoned me regarding my account. now they phone me just before the debit order is suppose to go off.
Very dissapointed with them, i phoned them on friday 02/05/2025, i was kept on hold for more that 5 hours without anybody answering the call, i phoned them again today 07/05/2025, still the same kept me on hold since 8am and its now almost 11am, still no answer, tried the chat on the website also no luck also waiting still for someone. very dissapointed in this company i dont even want to give them a rating that is how bad the services are, i have so far used R250 worth of airtime just to get thru to them they havent even bother to anser the call and the best part is the live chat says that its a very busy day for them and that i must just wait for someone it been an 2hr and 45min, no one is comming ended the chat. i will wait for them to turn my services off then i will take them to all the social medias, and also sue them as my account is paid and i have proof but i still get email saying my account is not paid and they are going to disconnect my account if i dont pay
Great service from the beginning till the end, Ebrahim was excellent, would recommend him to all friends and family.
I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO THANK THE PEOPLE AT PROSAFE PROTECTION PRODUCTS FOR A GREAT SERVICE, I HAVE NEVER SEEN A TEAM OF PEOPLE WORK SO QUICK IN RESOLVING MY ISSUE THAT I HAD WITH MY GATE, THE HAD A GREAT TEAM OF GUYS WHO ASSISTED ME IN THE REPAIR OF MY GATE. THANKS A LOT TO EVERYBODY THERE.
