Having heard the TV ad for No Funds Alert, I spent hours go through the whole of the Nedbank website searching for instructions on how to implement the service. Having no joy on the website, I went to the Hyde Park branch where staff spent over an hour on the phone to colleagues trying to get information, to no avail.<br> How can a company launch such a well publicised service without training staff or supplying their clients with information.<br> A disgusting waste of my time.
I paid for and ordered over R3000 worth of fashion items in May - they were advertised on her Facebook page Fashion 4 Less. Nothing was ever delivered - my money has not been refunded. Stephanie Reddy the owner gave one excuse over the next but never sent my items nor refunded me my money. I contacted her many times.
