Whilst looking for rental property in Durban Westville, I came across this side "https://homii.co.za/buildings/the-watt-club/98dda761-9b7e-466d-a339-9d40e42a5cbf" The Watt Club 102 Joe Slovo Street, Durban Central, Durban The pictures of their rental properties , the furnished apartments they are listing... Its NONE of that. at all. Their buildings is nothing close to whats being advertised, the whole set up, furniture, cleanliness..., their mattresses are even broken with droppings, stains etc etc every where. Its nothing close to what they advertised. They are misleading, false advertising their rental rooms . They are even on property 24 with such lies and dirt.
I saw an advert on FaceBook and I requested a review. I got a call and I made an enquiry of what the whole process is about. The implications and the process. I had a credit score of 68% but just wanted to find what are they about. On Wednesday 29/07/2020, I sent mail to Sudesh and Rowan as now I got a record of advise for an insurance I now belonged to that had wrong information about me and that stated I am now their client for 5years. I told them I didn't agree on the initiation of this process and the info recorded about me is also wrong. I requested Sudesh to cancel whatever he has done. The Thursday as I wanted to use my credit card,the was nothing. I only had the R420 on my savings account. Went to the bank and Capitec bank confirmed I have been listed as under debt review by NDC, I am blocked. I got a mail from Jedele Dorasamy saying he tried to call regarding my mail. I later managed to speak to Sudesh Archery whom I had request the initial enquiry. He informed me its not gonna look good on me if I now cancel. But I told him we had not agreed to go ahead with the enquary. I had not submitted my ID,bank statment etc documents expect the from of my drivers license which he requested. I still requested he cancels whatever he had done as I was strunded right then of what he did without my knowledge. I could not pay and book my flights ,I only now have R420 till my next pay date?.He confirmed a cancelation letter will be sent that was on Thursday 30/07/2020. I sent another mail 21/07/2020 still requesting the cancellation letter. He replied and said "we have processed your cancellation, you will receive your cancellation letter in a few day" I never thought from asking a review and still waiting on my questions to be answers can get me into "Under debt review status" for a credit score I had that now has been ruined from just requesting an enquiry. Disappointed, shocked,my credit score down the drain... And my chances of new job applications I have done ,gone. And must even think of doing new application till this is sorted. Yha neh?
