In November I ordered a bumper from Nova, with overnight shipment as it was urgent and had to be replace within a week. The shipment was very late and the bumper defective. This was poor service as nobody bothered to check the item before shipment. this is unacceptable! after phoning nova for days on end and sending mails without reply.I had to take off work and travel 600 km all at my own expens to return the item to your shop. This is unacceptable. This is were I met Osman, He claimed to be the manager who then said sorry for all this bad service.He then said he will replace the bumper for me. I told him numerous times that he has cost me allot of time and money waisted and that if I dont recieve it in a day or 2 I will have to pay Nissan Garage for the original 1 that will be fitted costing me R7500 due to their negligence.I never heard form anyone again, I never received anything, Nothing.the bumper was replace by Nissan garage on the 4 of January 2016.On the 6 of January I called Osman to refund my money as he has not done what he said he was going to do.While on the phone ONLY then nova sends me traking details for the bumper. Is this the type of service you`r company gives??

As per contract and rules of Occupation. There are no dogs allowed in the complex. But now sins there are a few empty units without any tenants it seem that they are over looking this rule. Now you have small dogs running around making noise and be careful to step into dog shit. They are now advertising these unit for 1000-2000 rand less then what we are paying on gumtree, junkmail, and olx. not to mention false advertisement being placed. you will regret staying there and will be very unhappy. you see people come and go. be prepared to do maintenance at you own cost as they just don't do it, Spoke to some tenants (3) on the weekend so that we can work together to make some changes happen and their response was that its a waist of time and they are also moving out, very unhappy about the situation. the address is 22 da Gama Street Secunda, Mpumalanga.
Purchase airtime at 10 am. Sent 1 msg only. could not use the phone because the battery is flat. Charged it and by 2 pm I was out of airtime. Spoke to Vodacom service provider and argued for a long time then spoke to a floor manager and argued and all that happen is they made me feel like a fool. Here are the facts<br> I could not use the phone due to the flat battery.<br> all data was deactivated as I don't use social media.<br> the phone was in my pocket at all times( unlike what they intended that someone else used the phone)<br> I now how to operate this phone and have been using it for years.<br> this is not the fist time airtime when missing<br> calling the call centre is just a waist of time
