Amrotech - Best service ever!
I was looking for a new cellphone at the best price and came across Amrotech. Having not heard their name before, I was very sceptical and nervous to use them as I wasn't sure if they are a legit company. I did my due dilligence and checked everywhere I possibly could for any reviews etc about them. Everything looked fine but I still wasn't sure and was two-minded about using them. Not only was I able to negotiate an excellent deal, but they had thrown in a few freebees as well as absolutely amazing service to say the least. With each Whatsapp query or inquiry I had, I received a phone call to explain everything in detail. I made my payment late on Friday afternoon and after payment decided to add to my order and it wasn't an effort for them to add it to my current order which was about to be collected. They then sent me a tracking number and was able to see where my parcel was at. On Monday morning, first thing, I received a notification from the courier company that my parcel was on its way. Monday's is my day in office and it wasn't too much trouble for the courier gentleman to accept my apology and said he will return the following day. @Fastway, thank you to your very kind and friendly staff who dropped off my parcel! Thank you Amrotech, I can but only highly recommend your company as the go to for all cellular, tablets, laptops, accessories etc. requirements. ...and not to mention the kind gesture of a few Lindt chocolates to make my day!

Assistance with finding the company to whom I had made a payment
The gentleman that assisted me was very professional, friendly and super helpful. He actually assisted me in finding out whom a payment was made to. It was just before 5pm and he didn't rush me in any way to try and get me off the call as most help assistants do. I'm very impressed with the level of service!

False advertising
I saw an advertisement in Jet Stores window on the 4th Jan:<br> 3 FOR2<br> BUY ANY 3 WHITE SHIRTS FROM R14.99 EACH AND ONLY PAY FOR 2<br> I went into the store on the 5th and picked out 3 x long sleeved white shirts and when I checked at the counter that the promotion is still running I was told it was on specific shirts. I called for the manager and he said it was only only the R14.99, shirts and I explained to him that the advertisement specifically said BUY ANY 3 WHITE SHIRTS FROM R14.99 EACH AND ONLY PAY FOR 2. <br> This means any 3 white shirts, nowhere on the advertisement did it mention a specific brand or age group. <br> According to the CPA, what I see is what I should get.<br> The response after 4 days: <br> Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.<br> Kindly be advised that the advertisement advises that you can purchase any 3 white shirts that cost R14.99 each and only pay for 2.<br> So as long as the white shirts you wanted to purchase were R14.99 each then you were entitled to assistance.<br> Please advise if this was the case then we can take the matter further .<br> The reference is as follows: 0901160175/GO<br> Thank you for your patience. <br> <br> I wrote back twice thereafter, still no reply!
