Here's a revised version with a touch of humor and hope: --- I'd advise caution with this payment system. I made a payment, and while the money was deducted, the merchant never received it. For a whole month, my emails and calls went unanswered. It took opening a case with my bank's ***** division, filing a SAPD ***** report, and lodging a complaint with the National Consumer Commission to finally get their attention, and finally my money back. It's almost as if this payment system has more glitches than a rainforest has bugs. While technical hiccups happen, their complete disregard for obligations under the South African Consumer Protection Act was the real issue. Reading other comments I can see I wasn't not the first, nor the last. Here's hoping they iron out these kinks soon.
Excellent customer support. Service is awesome, staffs are helpful, overall, amazing service. I haven't tested my mattress yet, but if the product is half as good as the customer support, it will have another review with five stars from my side.
About two months ago I paid over R700 at the local post office for an ADSL line to be installed by Telkom. A month later they came to my apartment. They told me they will be back as they needed a specific type of wire. That was a month ago. I keep emailing, calling. I'm completely flabbergasted at the lack of service.
