With Draw From ATM
I WENT THIS MORNING TO WITH DRAW MONEY FROM A ATM FROM STANDARD BANK AT A ENGEN GARAGE I THINK THE ATM WAS EMPTY AND DID NOT PAY OUT THE MONEY SO I WENT TO A NOTHER ATM AND IT SAID THAT THE MONEY WAS DRAWN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, I PHONE THE CALL CENTRE AND THEY SAID THEY NEED TO INVETICATE THA MATTER IT WILL TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS?? HOW DO I GET TO WORK AND IT WAS NOT EVEN MY FAULT NOW I SIT WITH A PROBLEM WHAT IS HAPPING WITH SOUTH-AFRICA, AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 2 MONTHS THAT I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BAD SERVICE FROM CAPITEC???

Consultant with Bad Responce
Ryan was doing my tax for this year and from the beging i had a bad experince with him he never contacts you to tell what is going on with your Tax Returns only when he need it a Document may be after 3 weeks and then you do not hear anything from him, i can still live with that but when my Tax paid out it was paid into the wrong account on Tuesday the 02/08/2015 and now i am struggle to get the money if he asked me like my previous Tax Consultant all will be well i need the money my Dad is Dying of Cancer and the last 13 weeks cost me a lot of money from Benoni to Warmbath every weekend and now Pretoria?? what's out for the Tax Team?????? Bad Service.

Cheque Clearance
THIS VERY BAD SERVICE I PAID IN CHEQUE ON THE 19/08/2015 AND UP TO TODAY NOT ONE HAS CONTACT ME FOR 16 DAYS AND STILL MY CHEQUE HAS NOT BEEN CLEARED THIS IS PLAY BULLSHIT I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH FNB NOW I AM WANDERING WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEND NEXT THIS SUCKS REALY :(:(:(:( I WILL NEVER REVER PEOPLE TO CAPITEC NEVER.

14 DAYS ON A SPECIAL CLEARANCE
I PAID IN A CHEQUE ON 19/08/2015 ABOUT 10H00 AND PAID FROM THE SPECIAL CLEARANCE BUT STILL IT TAKE'S CAPITECH FROM TUESDAY UPTO NOW STILL NOTHING I PHONE THE CALL CENTRE AND SPOKE TO VANESSA AND IT IS NOT HER FAULT ,BUT CAPITEC BANK SHE SAID THE MONEY WILL ONLY BE PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT ON THE 29/08/2015 - 11 DAYS AND FOR WHAT AM I PAYING MONEY FOR SPECIAL CLEARANCE OTHER BANKS MAY BE 4 DAYS????
