After my complaint about an unresolved issue they were very quick to act and make sure my account was unblocked and 2FA was sortef
I was only requesting to be assisted with removing my 2FA from my iPhone 6 which no longer supports the software, so I can install the 2FA to my new phone. No they asked me to do a lot of security verifications which I understand is only the right thing to do and I was doing everything from sending bank statements to also my ID and proof of Residence to also sending pictures of myself holding my ID and a written note of the things I had to write down . And after all that they still giving me the run around. I still have to do my things they keep requesting for more ans it's the 5th consecutive day and I haven't been assisted. I even answered a long list of 10 questions they asked me. I am not happy with their mockery and how they treat customers its appalling.
I made a withdrawal two withdrawals on my account 3 weeks back, and I never received the funds I sent a support request to resolve the issue and the said it will take 9 days but instead of giving me feedback they keep extending the days. Very funny how when I started making withdrawals I faced problems, they even rejected one of my withdrawals for now reason and when I sent support request about that one it was sorted out the same day but with my money being paid to me I am not getting any assistance it's a terrible experience to know a broker willingly accepts deposits but gives you withdrawal problem. Never expected this from a well known international broker. Its appalling service with their not so helpful AI robot assistant.
In february this year I almost lost a job opportunity because of MTN. The banks don't hire anyone one with bad credit it and I knew that when I applied. I was shocked when they told me I owe R6000 to Mtn. A fraudulent account was opened in my name and at the time I wasba student so didn't understand how an account was opened without a pay slip and bank statement. Mtn sent me a letter of apology and said that they will rectify it within 7 working days. I took the letter to the bank and I got the job. I was shocked to find out that now six months later the problem has not been rectified and am still at credit bureau. I can't open accounts because I have bad credit. Mtn is ruining my life again. I was recently rejected at Game because of this. I'm loyal customer over 9 years at Mtn and they really don't care what happens to their clients. Now I called in today and they didn't want to transfer me to legal department they giving me the run around. They gave me this number which is busy and doesn't even go through its always busy the number is 0831236096
