Bad online order service
I am incredibly upset and will never trade with Leroy Merlin again. This morning I placed and paid for the an online order, then proceeded to make a call to the 010 493 8000 number listed on their website to confirm what time the order will be ready for collection. I was advised it will be ready by 14:30. This order was supposed to form part of a large order for a client of mine in the mining industry and was supposed to be dispatched today by 3pm. This did not happen because when I arrived at their Littlefalls branch to collect the shipment at 14:30 (I drove all the way from Alberton), it was not ready. After waiting for 15 minutes I was told it would take another 15 minutes. In an attempt not to disappoint my client, I rushed into their store to get the 6 items myself and to my shock and horror, they didn’t even have the right sizes available. I then tried to call their 010 493 8000 number again and only came through on my 9th attempt. I spoke to a lady who said she will arrange the refund but that it will take 3 - 5 days to be paid. I refuse to wait 3 – 5 days for this refund as this whole incident was as a result of the incompetent staff and inaccurate website of Leroy Merlin.

no product, no refund
I did a transaction with Jon Pierre in June, paid upfront for the goods and waited. I received the first half of the order but the second half never happened. Jon Pierre agreed to refund the second half of the transaction on 21 July 2020. I have had to ask him for the refund 5 times since then and tonight I called him and he made another one of his false promised that he would look into it tomorrow and put the phone down in my ear. People shouldn't trust Jon Pierre as he is not a man of his word.
