On Sunday, 22-11-2019 just after 9 am I went to buy 4 globes for a chandelier that I have purchased the week before, at the same store. I wens to pay and the cashier, Curtis, said he could not give me a receipt for my cash purchase, he said he had a problem with his printer. Once if got home, I discovered it was the wrong globes. On Tuesday if phoned the store I eventually spoke to the manager, Shaanaz Arendse. She informed me that she could not find any movement on their system, on the date that I have purchased the globes and that they therefor can not exchange or refund me, as I don't have any prove of purchase, insinuating that I have stolen the globes. She was not helpful at all, and very rude. Tuesday afternoon, after work, I went to the same store, after they have spoken to my husband and said I could come and exchange it. Shop staff went trough the stock in the shop and then found that the globes was never sold through the system, which make me wonder if it was ever ringed up, which coursed me unnecessary embarrassment, and inconveniences, no apology was given and store manager was conveniently locked in her office. It was a very embarrassing experience for me.
I bought 2 vouchers for a 45-minute Luxury Lagoon Pedicure through Groupon and made an appointment at Le Fish Spa in Table View on 7th of August 2015 for 10:00 on Thursday, 27th of August 2015, for me and my husband for our 21st anniversary. Alletta was the person who assisted me on the phone. She was not friendly at all and very unprofessional. Very exited we were traveling there, just to come in front of a closed door, without any signs. I phone the number on their advertising board, that was also the contact number on the internet. Again I spoke to Alletta and she told me that they are closed for the day, and refused to accommodate us. When I told her I made the appointment 3 weeks ago she just said, she can not help and they are closed, without any reason. As I have paid already, I asked if I could get my money back, but she just refused. As it was a special day for us, we were very disappointed that the day did not start nice. I will not recommend this spa to any one!!!
