<p>We've been booking through Skyscanner for years without problems, but their service has deteriorated.</p> <p>For the past 2 months, we've tried booking our Europe trip again.</p> <p>Once we've accepted the route, dates and price it's over to the personal data page.</p> <p>Complete all pages and try to pay..........all of a sudden the price changes,- it's either a whopping 20-50% higher or "This flight is no longer available".</p> <p>Try the same procedure 3 or 5 hours later, or the following day, the flight IS available!!!!</p> <p>Again, same procedure as before, BUT when trying to pay, the price just goes up or is not available.</p> <p>When complaining on their website, Skyscanner asks for a screenshot but they don't resolve the problem.</p> <p>"Our website might have been hacked" is their standard answer.</p>
I am frustrated to say the least as MTN is NOT performing. I've had int. roaming for the past 20 odd years and now all of a sudden it has become a problem.<br> Try and find someone to help!!!!!it's impossible as one has to hold on for ages!!!!<br> <br> I was overseas again and my international roaming didn't work - AGAIN!!.<br> I'm going overseas again on Sunday, I requested that MTN activate my international roaming on the network - it is active on my contract - but the service consultant tells me that there was a previous error by MTN and that it might not be possible to activate the network in time before my departure.<br> He has kindly escalated my request, but I am a businessman and cannot afford to be overseas for 7 weeks without cell phone contact.<br> What can I do to make sure my cell works in Europe????
