After moving my discovery Card from FNB to Discovery Bank without warning or my consent, Discovery Bank now refuses to close the Discovery Card. I have given them instruction to close the account more than a week ago. Now, 5 calls later, the account is STILL open. In the meantime it is also a new month today, and I am sure Discovery Bank will try and charge me another months fee even though they should have closed the account a week ago already! Just to show the stark difference in the level of customer support, FNB has already opened a new credit card for me AND has already delivered the card to me!
I had a tiny order that was probably not worth their while, but they helped me regardless. Business, payment and communication systems not the sleekest but sufficient. Turnaround time was less than a week. Quality and price both top class. Will definitely use them again.
I ordered three items but only two were actually delivered. All three was marked as delivered on the website though. I have been trying to get the issue resolved and third item delivered to no avail. I do not think Superbalist actually has a customer service department as they never reply. Avoid this company. I should have listened to the other reviews with similar complaints.
We bought an item from Makro online. We then made a reasonable request to replace the item with a more expensive one and pay in the difference. Usually online stores do this by cancelling the order, crediting your account and then making a new order where you then pay in the difference. Makro refused. We now sit with a product that we do not want yet had to pay for. Seriously Makro? You would have made much more money by simply giving good customer service?

Vodacom refuses to let me add data bundles once my contract's included data has run out. Even after several phone calls to Vodacom "customer does-not-care" they refuse to resolve the issue. This has resulted in me getting bills 5x larger than usual since I now have to pay out-of-bundle rates for data. Absolutely shocking customer service.

The right items delivered in perfect condition at the correct place in record time. What more can you ask for! Well if I can nit pick: There are very few items available for next day delivery. And a strange order system where it takes two days to deliver a bottle of champagne, but if you add it as an extra to an existing order it can be delivered the very next day. Oh well nice loophole to abuse :P
Cell C decided to automatically deactivate my data SIM. This is despite me loading data bundles on a weekly basis. In fact there is quite a large data bundle loaded at this time which infuriates me even more.
After having to navigate the horrible customer care line quite a few times I finally got through to a human consultant. The excuse? I have to load a minimum of R5 \airtime"every 14 days to avoid them deactivating my sim. So I have to load AIRTIME on a DATA SIM in order to keep the DATA SIM active. Loading DATA bundles is apparently not good enough. I hope Cell C comprehends how unbelievable stupid this system is.
So goodbye Cell-C. Now fight begins to try to get Cell C to refund all the data they stole."""
