my wi-fi with voice and data has not been steady for over four months, and I continue to pay for the service. you send a text message and what's up to their technicians and you hardly receive any services. their customers in Mmabatho/Mafikeng are forever complaining about bad services and they don't seem to be improving. in this era where we depend 1000%on wifi its like they don't care, all that they want is their money for none service.
I was taken advantaged of by Vodacom sales agents twice, and this time I explicitly told her that I have a new phone and I don't want a phone, and she said that it's a gift. Vodacom agents has a falls marketing strategy to have people to upgrade their cellphones and end up debt entrapping people. I have my bill up to 6k which is really crazy for a cellphone contract, and I have requested them to listen to the tapes so that they can understand me clearly that I am an iPhone user and do not want a Huawei phone. I am now left with a bill that they want to close my phone, because I am clearly disputing their day light ******* tactics. I actually want to open a case of false marketing strategy because how many citizens are actually debt trapped by Vodacom agents like this in our bad economy?
They have the most horrible service ever, their accounts departments are the worst. They never update their payments on time, and they freeze your account without notifications, even when your account is up to date.
our Vodacom Internet service is slow, at times hardly working. Data bundles get depleted for no services. At times they even go to the extend of using your airtime without sending a notification that your data is depleted. Vodacom in Mmabatho/Mafikeng area seems to have low standard services, that needs to be improved.... Thinking of porting to MTN..... It has prospects in Mafikeng, uses are not encountering our problems
