Worse Auto Repairs Shop in Cape Town
This is one of the worse Auto Repair Shop ever, I took my car for fan belt, a bottle cap and water pump replacement only, the car did not have any other issues, They charged me R2330 1) I left the car with them for a day, the following day, I did not receive any feedback call, I then called the work shop, they told me the car was ready, when I got there, I noticed the engine light was on, (1st problem)* they said its the AC problem, they tried to clear the warning sign, it disappeared, I drove about 1km, the engine light went on again, I phoned them and informed them, the following day, I drove the car to town, but before I reach the workshop, I had a big bang to the engine, The top radiator hose bust. (2nd problem)* I took the car in again, they told me to buy a new one, They charged me R990 for the Top radiator hose and replaced it. They said the reason why the engine light is on its because the oxygen sensors are faulty and need to be replaced, (3rd problem)* each cost R2000. When they are attempting to fix or should I say when they are trying to show me that they are fixing issues, I noticed my radiator fan was broken, they told me it was already broken I need a new one, (4th problem) Briefly speaking, the engine light still on, I took the car to my preferred workshop for diagnostic, they told me, the oxygen sensors were replaced they put faulty one, the water pump was not replaced, still making noise in the morning, the water is boiling, worse experience ever, they are thieves, Do not take your car to these low life people, they will damage it, No customer service,They are also not experienced, they are just chance takers, My car is not longer the same ever since I took it from them. Please pass this message to your colleagues friends and family, inform them about this bad workshop in Town. I will campaign against this bad workshop until I see some good changes. I am a Google Local Guide, Level 6 with over 81042 views. Also in additional FYI Cape Town Google Maps Local Guide Forum is now well aware of these bad experiences and illegal practices at this particular bad auto repair shop in Town. I am Zone fitness(strand street) member...<br> on the 30th August 2015 <br> I was approached by this staff member by the name Branda with a very stink attitude. *No greeting or warning \she came to me and asked me to leave the gym.<br> I stopped what I was busy doing and asked her why.<br> she reply "My friend go there and read to the wall I don't have time please leave\""<br> you can't wear flip flop here.<br> that the time I realized the problem was because I was wearing flip on one side because I had injury.<br> my side I had my sport Nike shoe and flop on my other foot.<br> before I even start to explain she was moving up and down continue telling me to leave.<br> <br> this lady is clearly don't have any costumers service experience <br> I mean very much unhappy<br> your staff supposed to be friendly <br> it help and excit your customers <br> Zone fitness definitely don't need staff like this... <br> I waited to speak to the Manager but couldn't it was too early and I had to go to work<br> Note* this complaint isn't general <br> I know some good staffs members ....but this particular one by the name Brenda (African lady )you guys need to check her again I m definitely sure I m not the first person to experience this. .sure she did to others.
