On the 30th September 2025 I have submitted the notice to vacate the premises after I had been retrenched at work, the retrenchment letter was requested on the same day which I submitted on the 1st October 2025. There was no response or acknowledgement of receipt until I made follow up on the 7th October 2025, that is when Tshedi Moloi asked Benedicta Jeremiah to confirm if the letter had been received even though I had copied them both on the email. Bendicta only responded on the 8th to say he needs to verify the validity of the letter. He then said he had phoned my previous employer and he was provided with two email addresses, I then informed him that one email address is incorrect and the other email address provided is for someone that will not be able to assist. I provided the details of the person that was facilitating the retrenchment process then Benedicta informed that he will not be able to use the information I have provided even though I have provided the contact details of the person that signed and issued the letter of retrenchment. Today on the 11th he is informing me that Central Developments will impose a charge of 2 months rent as he was not able to verify that I was retrenched. Mind you he did not even make an effort, he refuses to use the information I have provided and he has the letter from my employer that was issued. Central Developments has unfair business practice, they do not value their clients nor service them as they should.
I bought a bed at Sleepmasters which was delivered on the 30th July when I opened the base I realized that it had a dent and it is broken. I immediately notified the driver and the store, I was informed that a call will be logged with their head office. Only yesterday I received a call, I was asked to send photos on WhatsApp however no one acknowledged receiving the photos even after texting again hours later. I decided to phone this morning only to be told the head office only deals with factory faults that the branch is supposed to handle my query. I phoned the branch and they said they will get back to me,only to tell me that the warehouse will attend to my query when I asked when I was told they will phone me. I paid for the bed because I needed it now no one wants to take accountability and resolve my query.
Beginning of July I have received communication from Liberty informing me that there is money that was contributed from my previous employer and there was no instruction on what to do with the money. I then gave an instruction, they asked me and the employer to confirm the start and the end date which we did. Last week when I made follow up I was informed that all is in order, they are saying that according to their records there was a contributions 2 months after I had left,now they cannot process my request of that. The employer and I have confirmed the information they needed according to them it is not correct which is utter nonsense. It's a month since they have been sending me from pillar to post now this.
I got bumped by a Discovery client and he said he will claim from from them as he was at fault, when I made follow up with him he told me that Discovery claimed that they have phoned me and I had admitted that we were both at fault. That was a big shock to me because I never received any call from Discovery. He gave a the claim number to make follow up, on the 7th I spoke to Nonhlanhla Sinthumule she confirmed that according to their records I had spoken to Bongani on the 3rd which is a complete lie. I asked her to send me the recording of that conversation and she told me that Discovery will not send me any recording unless I subpoena them, not only are they telling lies about me however they are now interferring with the claim process.
I have been struggling with the TV Box that I have bought,it has been rebooting every 5 seconds for the past week now it is off. I sent an email to their customer service on last week,they did not respond, I made follow up again om sunday they phoned yesterday telling me that my query has been escalated to a guy named Paul. I am still waiting for Paul to assist me,I sent an email to him yesterday no response,today again still no response,I phoned back the number they used to call me there was no answer. They do not have customer service, for me to struggle like this with no communication from them is so annoying.
I have purchased Essence Baby Got Blush liquid blush however my skin reacted negatively to the product, I developed rash on both cheeks where I app**** the blush. I sent an online enquiry last week friday lodging a complaint until today there has not been any response. I have provided my email address and cellphone number, together with the photos of my face. That is no way to treat a client, not even to acknowledge that they have received my complaint.
I went to Fair Price in Letlhabile Mall ti collect an ottoman,when I arrived at the shop I was assisted by the lady named Monica. I asked if they had stock of the ottoman she said they don't have and showed me something similar then I told her that I came to collect not to buy she then said why didn't I just produce the receipt and I showed her that I have the receipt in my hand. She started raising her voice when I asked her why is she raising her voice she said ***,I then walked away and went to ask to speak to the manager because I could not allow someone to insult me like that. The guy who said his name was Katlego came while I was talking to him Monica started shouting from where she was standing walking towards us I asked Katlego to tell Monica to keep quiet and move away from me but he just stood there did not even reprimand her. I was appaled by the behavior of Fair Price staff the insult was the worst for me.

I have lodged a ***** case on the 7th October 2023 and getting feedback from the Investigating Officer is quite a struggle. Even yesterday I sent him an email he has not responded, the number on his email signature does not go through. I have phoned yesterday and today through the call centre however I am not able to get through to him. I am not happy about how this process is being handled.
Khulelani and Khanyo assisted me very well,the service was professional,very patient and professional. A job well done, I am very impressed with the service.
