We recently subscribed to the Brit-Box platform. We love the content - but the interface Ap could not be worse - really slow and difficult to navigate.
I had a problem with my bank account which meant that I missed a scheduled MTN payment and my service was suspended. I received an invoice for the outstanding amount - but lo and behold - it did not provide details of the MTN bank account. I tried to phone MTN's Helpline - but was sent from pillar to post. When I finally found the connection to a human being I was told to press 0. I did so three times only to be informed that I had pressed the wrong key. I tried to phone MTN from my cell phone - but of course, the service has been suspended. I have seldom come across a more useless or more frustrating customer interface. Question: who is going to pay my psychiatric bills: THEY ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My knee specialist gave me special injection to relieve pain in my left knee. The treatment is internationally recommended. Medihelp paid nothing for the service - despite the fact that I am on their most expensive scheme and pay R 13K per month for myself and my wife. They are unresponsive to complaints. I asked them to provide contact details for the health insurance ombudsman- but they did not.
