I recently moved apartments from the 1st of September. <br> <br> On the 29th of July I requested that my landline and DSL line be terminated at the end of August at the old address, giving Telkom 30 days notice. <br> <br> The DSL portion of the line was outsourced to Web Africa, who canceled the line immediately and apparently it landed up in the ISP pool.<br> <br> Telkom then transferred the line to the wholesale department instead of being cancelled. I'm being charged for a line that I do not use and I am unable to cancel the line because Telkom says that Web Africa need to release it, which they say they have done. <br> <br> I've been trying to get in touch with the Wholesale dept to initiate cancellation, but have been unable to contact them or get any response. <br> <br> I went into Telkom Direct in Canal Walk this afternoon and tried to cancel it (again) in person, but couldn't manage to do that either. Instead they emailed Wholesale to get it cancelled and gave me a reference number.<br> <br> I have 2 reference numbers now - <br> <br> First - when I initially cancelled the line on the 29th of July - 125461037A<br> Then now when I tried to cancel it again - 127900304A<br> <br> Please will someone get back to me with a response and action!
