The best Online experience I have ever received. Prompt and efficient. Within 24 hours I received my purchase and all with correct order. I recommend ShopandShip to any Apple owner that want to buy Apple products.

Outstanding sales service and delivery
I contacted them to check which would be the fastest way to get an order I planned on placing. They gave me a detailed timeline and that I could expect delivery by the Thursday. I ordered and the order actually despatched the same day and delivery was made by 09h00 the next day (Wednesday). Well done!

Incorrect delivery still not refunded - 4 weeks
I do understand that mistakes happen, but its all about how those get resolved. Its been almost 4 weeks since I notified them of an incorrect delivery. It has still not been collected (Fedex issues) and I have still not been refunded. I don't really care whether it gets collected at all, but my refund cannot continue to wait until they sort themselves out!

BAD EXPERIENCE< DEFINITELY NOT USING THEM AGAIN
<p>went unto thier website to purchase an item that was listed as in stock, paid for such item and wasnt given an estimated delivery date, sent an email and got no responce, called them this morning only to e told that i am only getting said item on wednesday, so we are in the same region and it takes 7days to get an item thats listed as in stock. This is very bad!!!</p>
