Refreshing change for this day and age
Finally time to leave a review. And in the middle of a product return nonetheless! I would like to thank Damian for his prompt responses and help in determining the fault of my unit (especially his patience) and Fairlynne for always being so friendly, helpful and for going the extra mile for me :) The team has been nothing but good to me from day one. (this includes all previously bought products) Reason for only leaving a review now is because i always wait to experience all aspects of a company before doing so. Too many people are (and mostly at their own fault) too quick to leave a review if they are dissatisfied and/or change their minds later on when they experience a hiccup. What makes Geewiz a wonderful experience for me is the complete honesty and willingness to help if YOU are willing to listen, be patient and understanding. They are following procedure, and they are doing a brilliant job at that. I also want to thank all unsung hero's behind the scenes that I'm not aware of. I'm sure you will all know who you are! I'll gladly wear a Geewiz T-shirt in public, if it existed. You have my full support and respect. Don't ever change team, keep it up.

Excellent service
These guys don't beat around the bush when it comes to service. Phoned the branch in Bloemfontein looking for a specific RAM module. They did not have any in stock and went as far as to find out from all the suppliers if they could find any. They let me know that they could not find the specific one i was looking for, but suggested i checked out the FirstShop site, as it had the RAM i was looking for. Placed my order, paid the amount and it reached me quicker than the estimated delivery time. You guys just got a loyal customer for life. Thank you!

SCAM
Lets try to keep it short. [URL Removed] will be quick to respond to any queries you have, until you pay and delivery needs to be done. Then everyone keeps quiet. If they do reply, it will be some pathetic excuse why the package has not been delivered. 48-72 hours? Ha, I have been waiting 2 weeks now with no respond. They even go offline on their website chat room when they realize it is me. Oh, and their office number does not exist, the mobile number is never answered, and the address they have that is in Bloemfontein, there is NO place like this.<br> <br> These people don't exist. I fell for it. Please, don't do the same.
