I received a great service from Sharlotte at Essops Menlyn. She was so helpful and assisted me so much in getting the couches i wanted and were delivered as promised on time. Keep up the great service Sharlotte 💯👏👏👏
I would like to thank excellent service I got from Maria and her when I was moving my furniture from Gauteng to Eastern Cape. Everything was smooth and my furniture got to EC even before the expected delivery date in good condition. Keep up the great service you are to make moving seamless at a reasonable price
I am travelling from Pretoria to Mthatha on the 28th of March 2024. The bus no. 730 was supposed to leave Pretoria at 16:30 but it left at 17:05 and no explanation was given as e result they were late in every stop. In Park station we stopped for an hour and they didn’t notice a drunk person get into the bus and after we left the station they only noticed that there was a drunk person in the bus and they turned back to the station to offload the person no explanation given to passengers. We went to Heidelberg and they stopped for 30min there after picking up passengers no explanation again was given. We went to Montrose where we were told it’s a refreshment station for 15min and everyone was back on time except the drivers. We stayed in the bus for an hour and nothing was said by the drivers. We went to Escort even there we spent 30min and we proceeded to Pietermaritzberg where we spent another hour without explanation from the drivers until we started to complain after so much suffering in hot bus. When we were in Tsolo the driver didn’t stop for a passenger and had to turn back. The bus was supposed to reach Mthatha at 7:30 but at 940 we were still on the road to Mthatha. This is unacceptable it was such a worst experience with Intercape as I use this bus frequently I have never experienced such . The previous week I had a pleasant experience with the drivers going to Mthatha from Pretoria they had courtesy and etiquette and knew how to communicate with passengers and the bus was on time. This time it’s an experience I don’t wish for anyone. Intercape bus service better take action against these drivers and compensate the passengers for time we lost on the road unnecessarily as the bus had no breakdown all but it was shear negligence and rudeness of the drivers. I have missed the church service that I was rushing for and want compensation for my time that I lost as result of their drivers bad service. I will never set my foot on that bus again I hope other passengers that were there do the same. This is totally unacceptable!!!!! Vuyisa Gwam 0673642782
