I recently bought wine online at PnP online (Order #25708576). When I ordered my wine it gave me a total cart of R1311.20 (as is shown on my online shopping profile). When my invoice came, I was charged R1644.00 and subsequently deducted from my credit card. After contacting PnP online shopping customer care numerous times, they told me they will investigate the matter. After their investigation, I only received a refund of R92. I am pleading with Pick 'n Pay to please refund me what is due.

After contacting PnP online shopping customer care THREE times, they told me they will investigate the matter, only to be notified that a refund of R92 has been processed, leaving me with R240.08 that I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND FOR and was overcharged. This is FALSE advertising by PnP Online Shopping and I would not recommend anyone to EVER buy online at PnP. There are other businesses that would much rather appreciate my support. How can you advertise a price, let me check out at that said price, and still charge me R332.80 MORE?? If this matter is not resolved, I will have to contact the Ombudsman. I am utterly disappointed in PnP Online shopping!

I have called the Romans many times, but they do not answer. I would phone numerous times, yet they still do not answer. The phone number is the correct one - I have verified it. I would rather buy somewhere else where I can order and collect. When in store, the lady just says they are too busy to answer the phone. They should have someone dedicated to telephonic orders. No complaints about the food :)
Deliveries are always on time and the food is still hot when it's delivered. The personnel in-store are very professional and friendly. Would definitely buy here when there are specials!
Terrible service! Would not suggest this to anyone. Was promised installation would take place, but after taking a day off, the technician never arrived. I was then promised they would come on Saturday, but once again the technician was a no-show. Very unprofessional and response times are not great. I would much rather sign up with WiFibre or NEPIC, pay a bit more but have service. You cannot complain about the service at Wazzap, as it seems there is no service!
The first time I went to Makro, to have a Saeco Minuto coffee machine repaired, I took the machine, and all its accessories with, only to be told that the accessories weren't needed. The machine was then booked without the accessories. A week later I was told to bring in the accessories as they were needed (all of a sudden). Another week passed and the machine was ready for collection. I received the coffee machine and the moment I arrived home the machine had EXACTLY the same problem as the day I booked it. I then phoned Makro enquiring about this, and they told me they wouldn't be able to tell me what the supplier (Saeco) had done to repair the machine, until the coming Monday. I told them that this was unacceptable and I was told the manager would be called just before the phone was put down in my ear. The lady then called me back and explained that the manager doesn't work on weekends. Monday I received a call from Makro saying that I needed to bring back the machine so that the supplier can see what they did wrong. I would like to know who is going to cover my petrol costs after needing to travel five times back and forth from Kempton Park to Germiston?
