This is a classical example of when an organisation becomes too big and customer service goes out the window. As of last week virgin active claims that i owen my daughter card an amount from 2013 and blocked my card yesterday. I am well aware with the national credit act that if a debt is over 3 years it is supposed to be written off. My issue is how have i been coming to gym all these years without knowledge of this or both me and my daughter being refused entry?......Virgin active is a scam and really we should stop using their gym and use other gyms thats how they will go back to basics and prioritise their customers.
Received the worst assistance from this hotel....cannot get hold of anyone and no one gets back to you
I am very dissapointed with way i have not recieved any response from Absa or any attempt to assist me.

To whom it May concern<br> <br> I have been very patient with African bank and their inefficiencies. So in May 2015 i called their collections office as they sent me an sms that they will be deducting R21.03 from my bank account, so surprised i contacted them and requested my settlement amount they advised me that it was R 1500 at that point i then requested that they deduct R 750 for 2 consecutive months. At that point the call center agent agreed and wrote it on the system. However since nothing happened and when i requested that they provide me with banking details so i can EFT the money they informed me that the are unable to and reassured me that this would be rectified. Months went by and at the end of August the deducted another R 21.00 and R 1,300 and this morning i got another sms notifying that my account is in arrears and that there is an amount of R 750.00 owing, which was a surprise to me as my outstanding amount was R 1500 so i contacted them again and they advised me that my account is in arrears and they forward my complaint to management. I declined this offer as this is the 3rd time with no resolution. I am now forwarding this issue to the OMBUDSMAN!!!
