Worst service levels
Worst service levels. No answer when you call and if they do answer they put the phone down. Also spamming emails with so-called training programs. Stay clear .

Bad service from MTN Eden Meander
<p>After trying to sort out a faulty phone I got under contract from Altech Autopage (who subsequently closed) I took the Samsung phone to MTN Eden Meander on 13 July 2016. I was first told the phone was not a legitimate phone because MTN did not have phones with dual simcards by Alethia (Manager??). After I produced the proof of purchase and many pages of email communication between Samsung and myself - and checking that Alethia understood the phone must go to Samsung in Cape Town to be repaired - I am now told by someone at MTN that the phone was sent to an MTN workshop originally and today sent to another workshop. Nearly 4 weeks later and still no feedback or explanation why the phone was not sent to Samsung as per my request originally. I cant even get the name of any other Senior person to speak to. This is not customer service and certainly not a company I will recommend dealing with.</p>

Excellent relocation experience from Log-tec
I used Log-tec Removal Co August 2015 to move from Benoni to George. Best price and I was offered a dedicated truck - not a shared load. The truck arrived promptly at 08h00 on Saturday morning with Chris, Jason, Shando and Ronnie. They worked tirelessly loading and even helped me pack on Saturday. On Sunday evening they arrived in George and continued to unpack and still helped re-arranging furniture we wanted to move around again. These guys just continued to off load - even though everyone was so tired, they just carried on. The team was courteous, helpful and obliging during both the on-loading and off-loading process. Nothing was too much to ask. Even when we used some of their bubble wrap and buff tape on the Saturday afternoon, it was provided with a smile! Everything arrived in good condition, none of my antique or other furniture pieces were scratched - Chris and his team made sure everything was well covered. Jason wrapped and all my P.Cs, glass ware, lamps, paintings, etc arrived in mint condition. Logtec gave me flexibility, excellent service and was affordable. Highly recommended!
