<p>I have repeatedly requested my statement and still nothing. Everytime I have to send emails or requested in store. It has been 7 months and still I'm battling to get my statement to be sent to me via email.</p> <p>Extremely poor Service ! !</p>
<p>I have too ordered electronic from Cybotec SA, good service at first but soon as your device is faulty it takes Cybotec SA a while to respond back to you. I have returned my first device and was replaced with another, that device only lasted a month and now Im struggeling to get my money back from them.</p> <p>It seems like they only surrender good service ONLY when they sell their products but when it comes to them refund your money due too their devices that only last a month. </p> <p>Well, then all of the sudden there is no more Good Service.</p>
In Aug '15 Vodacom fetched their handset from me due to no signal and data going missing. The existing contract will then be cancelled. 2 months down the line and they still billing me for that handset even though the cell number shows as a prepaid number. No one at Vodacom seems to understand or to get this right. Prepaid means in order to use your handset you need to load airtime or data NOT bill me at the end of the month.<br>
It has been 4 months after I purchase another data contract with vodacom and when connecting to the router I cannot access any page not even the homepage [URL Removed] All my other devices is experience the same issue cellphone and tablet. As soon as I insert my Cell C sim card in the router it works 100%, I even get 4G.<br> <br> I logged a call with Vodacom on 21/08/2015 and I was told that the matter will be referred to their network division and some will be contacting me between 48 -78 hours. Im still waiting...<br> <br> I send Vodacom an email requesting a follow up on this and how poor their service was and that I want to cancel all my contracts as Im paying for Data that Im unable to use. I was told that someone is trying to get hold of me on my data bundle sim card number. Vodacom cant even distinguish between a data sim card ( cant receive calls) and cell phone sim card then no wonder Im waiting so long for a feedback or any solution to my problem despite that I have include my cell phone number, my tablet sim number as well as an alternative cell phone number and Vodacom has all my details on their system.<br> <br> Yet, no one at Vodacom is even bothered. Im clearly not an important client.
