I ordered a TV last year November 11 2025 and the tv still has not arrived they tell me that they have issues with their supplier yet they are not giving me an ETA or anything so 3 months later the tv and their supplier issue still has not been resolved yet on their site they are still subscribing tvs
A Hollard agent faxed my game claim form to them after two days i called Hollard to find out whats happening with the claim they then told me that no claim was submitted few days passed and i went back to game in century city i was then assisted by the same agent where by she made means on contacting the Hollard call center (finerite) and re faxed the documents, the call center said they will only receive the documents in 3 hours i then went home once again disappointed by how customers are treated by these insurance companies.I then went to the store again due to the fact that they said they could not find any claim submitted to then again which is the 3rd time now i was assisted and the manager of Hollard Schonelle Swindell said she was going to call once she gets the claim she called and the whole procedure of paying access was done now after she asked me where i can collect the insured item and i responded she then evaporated into thin air she has not responded since.
