Lack of empathy and expectancy beyond what i can do ! Shattered and disappointed at QVC ! I have been a member with QVC for years beyond my recollection and probably only used them for bookings in the last 2-3 years. I have recently lost my job and with been 63 and recovering from cancer, finding another job has been tough. I am forced to move in with my kids as a result of this financial distress. I contacted QVC and advised them that I wish to cancel as I do not have the funds to pay them any longer. After all these years they are holding me to a ransome of R9K. I just do not have the money, and I can't afford this. Surely after all the period and time that I have been with QVC this should not be the case. This is just stress that is not needed now and the total lack of empathy or understanding from QVC is horrific !
I would like to write a review about vacayvibez ! The service and response time is impeccable! Would rate them a 10/10. Easy and efficient, Waseem is a champ ! Thanks folks, for another memorable holiday.
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>Flight Centre is the company but this has everything to do with Meigan. </p> <p>She was recently on maternity leave and I waited patiently for her to return to book my holiday as the person I dealt with in her absence was absent for bothering to even return a quote or call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Meigan is exceptional when booking a holiday, her experience and honesty is beyond anything I have experienced. I entrust her so much is that I would book whatever holiday she recommends and I am certain she would not disappoint. I think that she is a tremendous asset to Flight Centre and would recommend her to all I know. This is my third booking with her and I have not even met the person her delivery is so efficient there is no need to. I would be sure to continue to book with her no matter the company she works for...</p> <p> </p> <p>Meigan is a freaking champion !</p> <p> </p>
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am trying to do an immediate bank payment to FNB to secure my holiday booking.</p> <p> </p> <p>However I note that this is not possible as a result of a change in the system. I contacted Private Assist, they did not know the reason and I was transferred to the online banking support centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don’t have a problem with changing this as I understand that ABSA is trying to mitigate client risk, however:</p> <p> </p> <p>Why was I not notified of this ?</p> <p>Who is going to cover the cost difference in flight tickets and rate changes ?</p> <p> </p> <p>It is really disappointing that what was due to be a pleasant experience turned to be one of frustration and costly, I am certainly not going to pick up these costs ! </p> <p> </p> <p>To all people reading this, you cannot make an immediate payment to another bank greater than 25k in a single transaction, however you can do multiple transactions under 25k that is not limited this is obviously after the cost for each transaction is levied.</p> <p> </p> <p>*Note to ABSA, there is no need for my banker to contact me as this is not in his space of control and he has just started in his role after taking over from another.</p> <p> </p> <p>Amith</p>
I shop at the mall on a regular basis and am there at least once a week. <br> On Friday afternoon/early evening I was reversing into a park spot on the first floor and a security guard with a sedge way bumped into my car. I was reversing into a parking spot and he decided to go behind the car. Fortunately the guard was fine after inspection however I can not say the same about my car. The guard wanted me to \make a plan\" on the side so that I do not report it. Due to my stupidity I did report it and so far nothing. I have called the centre with no assistance what so ever. They now accept no accountability for it and said I should call Fidelity. I did so, I speak to a person there who claims to be a manager. He says that I must understand they are a corporate and I just have to wait for their process. He further says he is sure I knocked the guard. I then asked him if he had even seen the report or video footage to which he replies no. This so called manager by the name of Quintin is rude and abrupt. Surely you can not have a person like this that deals with clients ? I have never being spoken to so abruptly by anyone let alone a manager of a company that has caused me an inconvenience"
