My experience with Kinetic - EnergySolar is one of the worst so far. I had solar installed at my home on 12 February 2024 and have not yet received my COC. My insurance will not cover the solar due to no COC, which was included in the price of the solar system. Cain was helpful until the monies were paid over, he insisted the EFT be done the very same night, but now, refuses to take my calls. All my efforts to call other number for Leyla on the website is also directed to a voicemail system. There is no answer and no acknowledgement. Please do not use this company, and if you do, insist on the COC, before paying over the full amount. Cain makes promises but does not keep them.
I had the worst service from Mondo. I am absolutely disappointed, with their service. I applied for an MTN Black Friday deal, on the 26th November. A consultant called me, and did my application telephonically. She informed that credit vetting was done, and that the delivery team would contact me. I was to hand over my documentation(copies of ID, payslip etc) to the delivery team. I waited and received no response, so I followed up with a call on Thursday. Firstly, I was not informed that this was a different company, who was not MTN. I had to go on a wild goose chase calling MTN, and eventually got a number to call Mondo directly. When I spoke to the consultant on 4 December, she advised that my application was "pending" due to outstanding documentation. She said she would escalate this to the credit vetting department, and that I should email my documentation mtnsales@mondo.co.za. I immediately emailed and followed up with another consultant on 4 December. She confirmed that my documentation was received but complained that it was not in one file, and she had to download it and put it into one file. This was not requested from me. She said she will escalate it to MTN's credit vetting department. Today,7 December, I followed up again with Mondo, and the consultant could not find my application. After a long wait on hold, she eventually found it on "another system", saying the status was the same, Pending documentation. I had confirmed that the documentation was submitted on Friday, and the consultant confirmed that it was received on her side. Her response was "She actually gave you the wrong email address" it should have been emailed to applications@mtn.co.za. Its now been 12 days since my application, and the Black Friday deals are ending in 2 days time. I have basically missed out on this deal, as it is no longer being offered in the stores. All thanks to incompetent staff at Mondo. If anyone is looking to go through Mondo, I would advise you to rather go directly with the network.
I purchased boards worth over R18 000 from Totally Boards, Silverton on Monday(14 September 2015). I paid a further R450 for delivery on Thursday, my husband was told the boards would be delivered on Friday(18th). I have taken the day off from work, to be there when the boards where delivered. They never came. When my husband followed up with Thobani, he he said that he would call the driver and find out.Then calls back saying,truck broke down and delivery will take place on Monday. I call the manager, Stephan, only to be told, none of their trucks are \broken down""; instead of Roodepoort. Stephan is the worst manager; and refused to even help out; all said was;\"" its not my problem\"""
