Makros after sales services is pathetic to say the least.. The 0860 600 999 number is unattended, nobody ansers if you do finaly get thru there is no assistance just, sorry of inconvenience. The whatsupp is generic questions and still no response from any humanbeing. I bought a HIsense fridge/freezer and with in 1 MONTH the motor packed up. This is unacceptable.
All pools came in May to re align my rock pool with fibre glass and to install an extra return line. to improve on the flow if the water in the pool. as there were areas due to the rocks that the water was almost standing still. The job was well done.<br> at he time the work was complete Brad (all Pools) insisted that i pay him prior to filling the pool with water. which i did. I was very much against this as i could not test the flow of the water due to the pool being empty.<br> Once i filled the pool. I experience problems with the flow as the old outlet pushed the water into the rock and not around the rock. The paint is coming off as well and the weir is to low if i will the pool to the top. There is also 'n screw missing on the filler lid. the mosaic that was installed. 2 strips got the wax cover over it. THis i reported to Brad several time with email and telephonic. He made several appointment which he never honored. I need this problem to be resolved. i cant give you the time or specific date as it is an ongoing problem
