Fraudulent Unethical Company
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Let me tell you this company makes it impossible for one to cancel their account/debit order. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them for the last few weeks. Each time I call I have been told a different story. The first one being we will call you back. No one has called. The second one being we need to go through VOLVO first before we can cancel. Not sure what the car company has to do with the cancellation? No one is able to give a logical reason why I cannot cancel the service. There is no option for email. I therefore requested a reference number and an email in writing to confirm the account is in the process of cancellation. Instead I received 2 x invoices for the upcoming 2 months for payment. This is complete robbery. The staff is also completely clueless and incompetent. I will not get involved in this company again and I advice anyone to think twice before signing up with TRACKER CONNECT.

Great Service
I visited Dr. Pereira at The Family Dentist on Friday the 11th of September. I had broken a tooth the day before and needed it fixed. I was a bit hesitant to go as they don't claim from medical aids. After my visit I was very impressed. He sorted my problem out and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. What I thought was very nice is that the practice doesn't charge an admin fee which other medical aid practices usually do. All is all, I was very impressed and will be taking my 9 year old son to see him soon as I see he also likes seeing children too.
