Our luggage stayed behind in Atlanta USA , we reported and asked NAS to sent it to JHB. Luggage arrived in JHB , but NAS sent it to Cape Town...? After 2 days NAS Cape Town reported our luggage was forced open at Cape Town , we should come and fetch it ourselves....What kind of employees does this company employ????? Their website claims the following: "At NCAS, our multi-cultural and diverse team of employees is core to our success"... what success , success in forcing bags open to ***** the content.....Unacceptable , these employees does not deserve a job.
I cancelled my Vodacom line after 26 years on 26 February 2021 because of bad service. Vodacom kept on billing me for March, April & May 2021.I've been trying for a whole year now to get that reversed. There is not one person employed by Vodacom that is able to help. The answer from one department to the other always start with.....UNFORTUNATELY.....
Bought an article from HP Store online on 21 April 2021.I had to constantly follow up on delivery , HP shop's reply was " in transit". On 2 July 2021,I were informed by HP Shop that their courier delivered my parcel at the wrong address. I requested a refund ,but the ignorance and reluctance of HP Shop to solve this matter is so unprofessional for such a leading brand name. I am using only HP products in my business, what a waste.
Such an unpleasant experience trying to get reaction, phone lines unanswered, e-mails unanswered with the result of an unpaid claim. This is time and money wasted , please do not use them ever.
Bought to the value of R114 000 on 22 January 2016.Took two hours just to get a correct invoice to pay!<br> Up to today 4 March 2016 the delivery was not completed. Every time I phone it goes like this\ I promise you, you will get delivery on Friday, or I promise you I will phone you back\" and another week later, nothing. I demanded a refund on all the products not delivered, but even that were ignored with \"I promise I'll sort this for you\".How is it possible that these people are still in business with nothing going on but promises. With the only delivery I received ,the attitude of the employees were so terrible and by reporting them ,head office took their word upon mine. This is no place for any decorator to shop, you will have to finish your project on Africa time,<br> going nowhere slowly until nothing is left."
I booked 3 air tickets through Gogogate on 16 August 2015.On 17 August I got e-mail from them stating they could not verify my bank details, tickets are cancelled. Nevertheless they still took all 3 ticket's money from my credit card,on 18 August 2015 and refunded only one, the other two still outstanding. I had to book the same tickets through another company.I keep on sending e-mails,requesting my money back,but Gogogate makes no effort in resolving this.<br>
