Worst company to deal with They will always tell u they calling u in 30mins but never call back and they do that quite often Very untrustworthy and unreliable company only to let the customer know on the day they don't have prawns for him They think they the **** Support Breco and other company's not this one
Constantly advertising specials that are not in store that goes for Kenilworth and canal walk for example I went today for Cat litter and catmor food and both were not in stock Game canal walk is such a big store with high turn over yet they had 2 cashiers on duty that take their own sweet time to finish a customer as if they are forced to work. No supervisor on duty as reported by their cashier Lacking management proficiency within stores A staff member had to say we get things from head office so it's been 4 days we haven't gotten these items n we have no say How poor n pathetic is the excuse to blame it on head office... I'm sure it is Game head office
I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS ON A DAILY BASIS! AT KENILWORTH CENTER WE HAVE NOW COME UP TO THE SAME SITUATION AS THE ATHLONE CLUB WHERE THE SALES CONSULTANTS ARE BECOMING LIKE LOW CLASS CHEAP THUG BEGGERS ON THE STREETS TRYING TO MAKE MONEY! GUYS!! THIS IS NOT CHINA!!! THE GYMS ARE BECOMING OVER FLOODED AND AS MEMBERS WE ARE GREATLY CONCERNED AND WE WILL MAKE SURE AS A TEAM THAT WE WILL BRING THIS MATTER TO A HAULT ASAP. I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS DISCUSSIONS WITH THE SALES REPS AND STAFF OF VIRGIN ACTIVE AND DUE TO DEMANDS FROM EACH CLUB THAT THEY HAVE TO MEET REQUIREMENTS THEY HAVE TO PUSH SALES!! I REPEAT THIS IS NOT CHINA!!! WE WANT TO TRAIN IN PEACE., I HAVE COME TO THE GYM FOR THE PAST 4 WEEKS AND HAVE WALKED OUT IMMEADIATLY DUE TO CHINA LOOKING GYM WHERE I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 45MINS TO TRAIN!!! <br> I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO EMPLOY SOMEONE AT ANY COST TO SIGN PETITIONS BY EACH MEMBER SO THAT WE MAKE IT 24HR GYMS OR WE CAN EXPAND THE GYM AND ADD MORE EQUPMENT... IF NOT, THERE WILL BE TONS OF MEMBERS TO PUT THEIR CONCERNS ON HELLO PETER...TRUST ME ON THIS...
