Wow what excellent service I always get at Golden Vision Randfontein. My child (15 Months) was in ICU after he came out of ICU he had drooping eyelids. I contact Lyndall Kenyon from Golden Vision Randfontein for advice. When phoning the staff there was so friendly and always helpful explain my situation and ask if it is possible for Lyndall to phone me back was not even 15 min and I received a call from her very friendly and was already told about my situation by her staff I didn't had to explain myself again. She assisted me and offered to see my son that same day even though they were fully booked. She gave me numbers of specialist that we could phone if the eyes is not better the following Monday. Feel always welcome when phoning or even visiting them. Just want to say this was a 5 star experience. And just want to say a BIG thank you to your Staff and yourself. Your help with this was really appreciated. This was a real stressful time and you gave us peace of mind that showed us that people still cared. Kind regards Monique Viljoen
Very bad experience with FNB. Open an account about 3 years ago on line were they require proof of residence and copy of ID which I gave upon receiving my card thinking all is fine and in order. In mean while I also applied for a credit card and no body adviced that thy require that from me. Did not received any confirmation that my account will be blocked on my debit card. O 25th I see that my salary was paid in but not reflecting. Went to the branch require all this info from me to unblock my account. I run around trying to solve this as we are busy moving. Went back and they are off line. All my debit orders are going off on the 26 and account still blocked. They could have let me know at least that they require all this from me. Know I'm paying all penalties for my debit orders not going off in time I will not pay for this and they will have to Wright this back to me. After all these years they just block my account just before I have to apply for a new card in 8 months time. I can not understand after all te new accounts I open nobody could just tell me that they still require this from me. I very disappointed in fnb as I was a very proud fnb costemer. ...
